What's going on?

The technological evolution we’re witnessing, while spectacular, naturally brings changes to how we work, the roles within our teams, and the skills we need moving forward. Some tasks become automated, new tools are introduced, and there are shifts in team structure. We feel uncertain about what these changes mean for our daily work and our future. We are excited and terrified at the same time.I have designed this training program to help you navigate these transitions with clarity, confidence, and strong connections with your colleagues. Through communication, empathy, and a curious mind.

How does it work, then?

This is a hybrid training programme: it combines offline group workshops with digital materials for self-study and some online consultation. This means we meet in-person for a full day of good work and socializing, but do some other tasks a-sync through an educational video platform and digital tools.

  • consultation after training (individual/team),

  • update twice a year (in your Town Hall or otherwise).
